Established in 1971, Career Consultants was acquired by Meador Staffing Services, Inc. in 1994, becoming one of the largest, privately-owned staffing services in the United States.

Originally Meador-Brady Personnel Services, Inc., the company changed its name to Meador Staffing Services Inc. in 1997.

Our company established a reputation for providing quality service for employers and candidates. While referral of candidates to fill job opening has remained the primary function, the company has also provided other human resource services including

 - Customized employment selection programs tailored to a client's requirements,

 - Conducting wage, salary, and benefit surveys, and

 - Consultation regarding personnel problem solving.

 

Meador added a temporary help services division in 1971, and this specialty has grown to become one of the largest services in the Houston area. Over the past several years, The Houston Business Journal has ranked Meador as one of the top ten largest temporary staffing services in Houston. OUr temporary and contract staffing division distributes W-2s to over 10,000 employees who work on our payroll annually.

Outside of Austin, Texas, the company currents has offices located throughout the Houston area. In addition, Meador has affiliate office locations throughout the United States.
