Pamela Bratton
Pamela Bratton, Vice President of Career Consultants
Staffing Services, Inc., is a 28 year veteran in the
staffing industry. She is a past-president of the
Texas Association of Staffing and active in many community
service organizations. Bratton has been with Career
Consultants, a full-service staffing firm offering
executive search, direct hire, temporary and contract
professional positions, since 1996. Pam has been twice
awarded the C.O. Koch award for lifetime achievement
in the staffing industry and was recognized as a 2005
Profiles In Power Top 25 recipient.
Pam’s has always been actively involved in
the community and currently serves the following organizations:
Vice President of the International Service Avenue
for the Rotary Club of Austin
Focus Committee Member of Impact Austin, the organization
of ordinary women doing extraordinary things in the
community.

Megan Dyson
Megan Dyson is a graduate from Tarleton State University.
She graduated with her Bachelors of Business Administration,
majoring in Business Management. She began her career
at Career Consultants as a temporary employee, joined
our office staff as our administrative assistant and
has now been promoted to a staffing consultant in
our temporary division. She is a native Texan who
enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking for friends
and family.

Megan
Morrow
Megan Morrow celebrated
two years with Career Consultants in January 2008. As
a Direct Hire Recruiter, Megan places tenured candidates
in entry to mid-level administrative, executive administrative,
sales, human resources, and accounting positions. She
thrives on helping qualified candidates find careers
versus short term jobs. Megan played two years of collegiate
basketball before earning her Bachelor's degree in Business
Management. She graduated from Iowa State University
in May 2005. Megan is a volunteer of the Girls Empowerment
Network – GenAustin. |
Angie Stell
Ms. Stell has five years experience in the staffing
industry. She received a BBA in Human Resources and
Organizational Behavior from the University of North
Texas. As an Austin native she brings a local perspective
to her clients. Her involvement in the Women’s
Business Council Southwest, Professional Women of
Williamson County and other community organizations
keeps her abreast of new regulations and procedures
in the market and industry to better serve Impact’s
clients. In her off time she enjoys spending time
with her family and traveling.

Larry Escamilla
Larry is a graduate of The University
of Maryland. He has been active in the staffing industry
for over 24 years specializing in professional placement
managing large and small clients all over the United
States. He brings to the industry a strong belief in
ethics and customer service. He has won awards for his
commitment to excellence in the staffing industry. Larry
maintains membership in a national organization of professional
staffing recruiters, I.P.A. (Intercity Personnel Associates).
He is a former Vice President of the local organization,
C.C.A.P.C. (Capital City Association Of Personnel Consultants).

Debra Freeman
Debra has spent her entire staffing
career of 27 years with Career Consultants. Debra has
been recognized by the Texas Association of Personnel
Consultants as a top-15 recruiter since 1988. She is
also a Certified Personnel Consultant and taught law
and ethics within her industry. Her steady billing has
been a major contribution to Career Consultants over
the 27 years.

Beverly Koppenhaver
Beverly has been the administrative assistant for Career
Consultants for almost 3 years. Before joining Career
Consultants, she was an administrative assistant for
a cardiothoracic and vascular doctor in Chicago. Beverly
enjoys music and biking.

Tracy Hovorak
Tracy has been in
staffing industry for three years. She enjoys all aspects
of the job, especially meeting new people and assisting
them in finding positions. Tracy also enjoys spending
time with her family and friends, eating out, and being
on the lake.

Blythe
Cates
Blythe is a gradate of The University
of Texas, Austin. She is our Northern Territory Business
Director. She has been in the sales and marketing industry
for over 5 years and in the staffing industry for a
year. Blythe enjoys the opera, movies, and travel.
